Ella was so kind and nothing seemed like too much trouble. This family-run hotel is lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented and offered a very good selection of quality food. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into everything, from the decor and tableware to the breakfast choices. Lots of guests come back again and again.

Ella, the owner, made us feel so welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great for walking into Looe centre or heading to Polperro by car or bus. We had a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was cooked with quality ingredients and presented beautifully. The thoughtful little touches helped make our stay relaxing and welcoming. The Trehaven Manor hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our time in Looe and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Neil and Ella made us feel completely at home at this pretty hotel in a lovely location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with quality bedding and bathroom products, plus lots of thoughtful extras. Fresh milk was in the room fridge, and the tea, coffee and biscuits were replenished daily. Ella bakes the bread fresh each day, and the breakfast choice and quality were excellent. 11 out of 10.

The host was lovely and very attentive, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable, though the shower was a bit compact but acceptable. The driveway is tricky in an automatic, and there are steps up and down from the street, which was difficult for me with my old knee and hip problems. I'd definitely stay again if I'm in Looe.
