We stayed for two nights while I was a bridesmaid at my friend's wedding at the hotel around the corner. I used to feel awkward about B&Bs, but the hotel was full, and this stay completely changed my mind. The owners were lovely and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were even better than the hotel up the road, and the breakfasts were delicious, apparently better than that hotel's expensive breakfast too. They'd thought of all the details, including a fridge and homemade cookies when we arrived. My husband has an illness, and his medication means he can't get up early to eat. They made him a breakfast sandwich to take with him for when he was ready. I couldn't fault anything. I'd recommend it 100%.

The rooms were spotless, and breakfast was delicious. Ben and Suzanne did everything they could to make our visit lovely. Fantastic hosts, highly recommend.

We stayed in the upstairs rooms, which had a spacious bedroom and bathroom, a pleasant sitting area, and a large, comfortable bed. It was all cosy in the wintry weather. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit salad. Good value for money, and highly recommended.

The host was wonderfully friendly, and we really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast comes from a large pre-ordered menu and was cooked perfectly. The beds were super comfy, with quality linen, duvets, and pillows. Our clean, warm accommodation had an en suite bathroom and a separate sitting room with a TV and tea and coffee facilities. We'd gladly recommend it.

Suzanne and Ben gave us a great stay. The accommodation was spotless, and breakfast was delicious. We're looking forward to staying in the area again. Jane and Kev Hill, Marie and Gordon Knight. Stayed June 2025.
