I've been back several times, and the place is always spotless, modern, comfortable, and well equipped. Yan deserves a special thanks for being so friendly and helpful when we arrive.

We stayed with our big multigenerational family between Main Barn and Marsh Cottage, and all of us loved it. Getting up to watch the deer wander through the garden and into the nature reserve was a highlight. Camps Heath feels magical, and the setting is just right. Main Barn is stunning, full of history and charm with a real sense of luxury; Marsh Cottage is a lovely addition with its own elegance and character. Pete and Jan were warm, approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable hosts. We can't recommend Camps Heath enough and are already hoping to return. It seems suited to everyone, whether you're after a gorgeous, luxurious break or something else. Book and enjoy, you won't regret it.

We had a great bank holiday weekend in Marsh Cottage with our two children. The countryside around it is lovely, with horses next door and nice walks nearby, and the town centre is within walking distance. The accommodation was very clean, had everything we needed, and felt comfortable throughout. We can't praise it enough and will definitely come back.

Everything was clean, and the rooms had all we needed. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come again. I'll be telling family and friends too.

The little welcome touch of biscuits, coffee, and a bottle of wine was lovely when we arrived. We had a great week in Marsh Cottage, with a couple of walks close by and early coffees in the courtyard. We also visited Norwich and spent days at Great Yarmouth and Southwold beach.
