K Suites - Waveney Chambers 2

There's a lot of space in the apartment, the layout is decent, and it has pretty much what you'd expect. It's right by the train station and only a 5/10 minute walk to the south beach. But I wouldn't stay again. The place smelled of smoke, as if someone had smoked there at some point, and the fabric dining chairs were stained and dirty. One mattress seemed old and sagged in the middle, the shower pressure was poor, and the toilet seat was broken. The glasses and mugs looked like they'd largely been stolen from Wetherspoons round the corner. There was only one fork and no chopping board. Someone did come by with an extra towel, since we'd only been given one, and a few more forks, and clipped the toilet seat back on. It fell off again straight away. Check-in was a disaster and I had to call to sort it out because they tried to slip in another hidden “damage waiver”.
