Townhouse Ludlow

The host was on site within 10 minutes when I had a heating issue and got it sorted, which really showed how seriously they take your comfort. The service is great from the start too, with a message before arrival to organise the keys and offer to show you to the room. I’ve stayed a couple of times, so I can find my own way now! The rooms are lovely, right in the centre of Ludlow, with comfy chairs and modern TVs. There’s a good choice for business stays, and it’s also a special spot for a couple’s getaway in such a beautiful town.

Room 2 felt spotless and homely, with lovely furnishings and bedding, and it’s perfectly placed for Ludlow’s shops, pubs, restaurants, market and castle. Charlotte was lovely, and the Delhi where you pick up the keys is fabulous. There’s no breakfast, but plenty of places nearby for breakfast or brunch, so that wasn’t an issue. Thanks for a great stay. We’ll be watching out for your son playing rugby for England in a few years! 🤞 We’ll definitely come back.

I had my 16-month-old with me and everyone was really accommodating. The room was charming and nicely finished, with a huge bed and bath, and the location couldn’t be handier. The value for money was great too, which feels harder to find these days. Service was excellent all the way through, from booking and adding a cot to changing the stay for an extra night. They greeted me at the deli and showed me to the room. I’m already looking at dates for another visit.

On a cold, rainy January night, Charlotte was wonderful. She helped carry our small bags up to the room and put the heating on. It was really comfortable, so we decided to book an extra night.
