We ended the evening with a lovely stay in the Lomond room, and all our guests had a restful, beautiful time in the cottages and hotel, surrounded by stunning scenery. The food from the team deserves a mention too. Everyone attending complimented it. The venue is stunning, the staff are wonderful, and the atmosphere made the day feel special. We couldn't be more grateful to Kitti and the whole team for making our wedding everything we hoped for and more. We got married at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel, and the events team, especially Kitti, made the whole process stress-free. From the start, her professionalism, organisation and calm manner put us at ease. She handled every detail, and things ran so smoothly on the day that we could relax and enjoy it. Many of our guests remarked on how beautifully it all came together. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. I'd really recommend getting married or staying here. You'll be in the best hands with a team that goes above and beyond for you.

I'd recommend the haggis tatties and neeps with whisky sauce. The food was delicious, came out very quickly and was piping hot. We were welcomed straight away and shown to our table. Booking is recommended, since we saw others turned away.

The scallop starter with celeriac puree and bacon/black pudding crumb was divine. For my main, I chose the special, mussels with chorizo and tomato, and really enjoyed it. The wine list wasn't extensive, but it was excellent, and service was good. It's a cosy pub setting with restaurant quality food. We only came for dinner, so I can't comment on the accommodation. I'd recommend it!

The location in the lovely village of Luss was perfect. Our room was pretty and cosy, and the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The American receptionist was very helpful and put us at ease straight away after a long journey. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, which we appreciated. Dinner was delicious, especially the smoked salmon, and breakfast was tasty and hearty. I asked about decaffeinated coffee and a generous pot appeared without any fuss. I'd thoroughly recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a good location, with clean, tidy rooms, attentive staff and a nice meal. One small oversight: management should properly sign the lower doorframes and underpasses, especially on the route from the outdoor ground-floor rooms into the bar. Given the building's clear age, this is a minor negligent oversight. Otherwise, we had a lovely time.
