They let me check in early, which I appreciated. Beyond that, I was very disappointed. The listing said there was one living room and two bedrooms, but it was actually one bedroom and a living room, both in the basement. There was no closet or storage, and no toilet paper, garbage bag or soap refill. When I contacted them, they didn’t respond for three days. Even after that, they didn’t provide soap or garbage bags, and they wouldn’t answer the phone. They misrepresented the place and didn’t correct the listing or respond properly. I’ve posted photos on Google as evidence.

The host was there whenever we needed them, and the place was comfortable and in a great location. We had a great stay at one of haven homes properties. I’d recommend it and would stay again.

A homely, comfortable place for a stay with the Mrs before flying from Luton Airport. It was ideal, close to town and transport. Thanks very much!

A nice place to stay, in a good area. It was clean, and the owner was very kind!
