The location is handy, about a seven-minute walk from Luton airport, and the room was clean and functional. Breakfast was fresh and nice, and the morning staff were pleasant and welcoming. The shower pressure was very low and it worked unpredictably. After our flight was delayed, we arrived at midnight to rude, condescending and unfriendly staff. Building work made it hard to get to our room and disturbed our sleep. The shower still didn’t work properly, but the staff didn’t seem friendly enough for us to feel like raising it. It’s a functional, convenient option before or after a flight. If you’re after good service or a more elevated hotel experience, look elsewhere.

Basic, but handy for a short stay of 1-2 nights, about a 10-minute walk from the airport. I don’t usually fly from Luton, but when I do, I stay here. The breakfast selection is decent, though a few more chocolate dessert options would be nice. ☺️

The only small drawback was the evening restaurant service, which can take around an hour and a half. It didn’t bother us, though families might find that a long wait. They do mention that 7 p.m. is their busiest time, and the airport is only an 8-10 minute walk away, so there’s the option of getting food there or ordering takeaway. This was my second visit, about ten years after the first, and it was just as great as I remembered. A friend and I booked a twin room for a night. The beds were surprisingly large and comfortable, the room spotless, and the service courteous. I was glad to find breakfast is available as early as 3 a.m. I’ll be back on future visits. Well worth every penny.

The stairs from the bus stop are awful with a suitcase, and the room bathroom had one-ply toilet paper, so I’ve taken off a star. Still, this is my favourite by far among nearby hotels, and everything else is really good. I’d stay again when flying from Luton. I was right beside the elevator and couldn’t hear a thing. Dean was a world-class manager when I checked in. Those small touches matter, and the staff deserve recognition. Thank you!

The staff were attentive, the rooms clean and modern, and the hotel had all the facilities I needed. It stood out as great value, especially with the parking deals. I stayed one night before an early flight, and the terminal was no more than a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was really nice, and even included jars of Marmite.
