I’m always glad to see Ana and Christina on Fridays. They notice when they’re not there, and they’re great about checking if I need anything before I even ask. They’ve helped me with whatever I needed and made me feel very welcome. I come to Holiday Inn every week for my BNI business meeting, and all the staff are excellent. Thank you, Holiday Inn, Ana and Christina, for all you do.

I had a wonderful breakfast meeting here. Ana and the team were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. They did a great job setting up the conference room, and the breakfast was delicious!

Everything went smoothly. The hotel is close to the airport, breakfast starts early, and the bus stops right outside. The lobby’s digital screens showing flight arrivals and departures and bus wait times are a big plus. The food was pretty good, with decent fish and chips, the staff were super friendly and kind, and the bed was very cosy.

The walk to the airport and back was easy, and reception even gave me a map to follow. I’ve used the hotel twice, arriving late both before and after flights, and the staff have been excellent each time. The service is good, so I’m happy to come back. You can leave your car here while you’re away; I paid about £25 a day.

Ana at breakfast really stood out for how welcoming and caring she was. We booked a night because of an early flight, and were pleasantly surprised by how kind all the staff were. Airport hotels we’d used before had grumpy staff, so this felt unusual in a good way.
