Carlos was especially helpful from the moment I arrived. He welcomed me, answered all my questions and was kind and professional throughout. I stayed at the ibis Hotel for two nights and found everything clean and well organized. The quiet, cozy room helped me get a great rest before my early flight. I’d stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, stress-free stay.

The location is great, but I wouldn’t call it a pleasant stay unless you’re desperate. My room smelled of sewage, had no iron, and looked pretty run down. They moved me to another room. The receptionist seemed unfazed by my complaint, as if she’d heard about the smell before. The hotel was built in 1989, and it looks and feels that way.

Carlos, the manager, was lovely and easy to approach. It’s clear he cares about guests having a good stay. Sinead at reception was warm and friendly as soon as I came in, and made me feel comfortable after travelling. Check-in was quick and easy, with a really positive welcome. I had such a lovely, smooth experience at ibis London Luton Airport and would stay again! 💕

The evening manager was helpful and refunded us, and the reception staff were friendly. The food situation was a mess, though: the restaurant had run out of what we ordered, and it took 20 minutes to tell us. We chose something else, only to find they’d run out of that too. We were so hungry that we agreed to take half of what they did have. It’s a short walk to the airport, which is a great location, but the room was small and basic. Unfortunately, I won’t stay here again.

The room was basic but had everything we needed for the night before our early flight. We checked in late without any trouble, and a staff member arranged parking for us while we were away. Good experience overall. I’d recommend it and will stay again. Thank you ☺️
