I enjoyed the stay, and the rooms were clean with very good service. The location was convenient too. The only problem was people upstairs talking loudly for hours, which made it hard to rest. Everything else was good.

My partner and I struggled to sleep well in the twin room I had booked by mistake. Once I noticed the error, I asked to switch to a double and was willing to pay extra, but the staff member in charge wouldn't agree. The blocked bathroom drain also caused an unpleasant smell in the room. Our stay at The Luton Hotel wasn't as pleasant as we'd hoped. I hope this feedback helps improve things for future guests.

For a good price, I got a simple, cozy room close to the airport and friendly, professional service. It was clean, with a comfortable bed, a lovely hot shower and good pressure. There was tea and coffee, a TV with a good picture, coat hangers, and a safe. It started off a little cold, so I turned on the heating, which worked fine.

I left at 6:30 in the morning, so I didn't have breakfast. My late check-in was at 10 pm, and the welcome at reception was very good. The room was basic but quite adequate for what I paid. It was very good value for a one-night stay, and I'll certainly stay again.

There was no hot water in the morning, which was inconvenient, and the room had noticeable dust throughout. Poor customer service made the stay less enjoyable as well. I had a disappointing time here and recommend finding somewhere else for a more pleasant stay.
