The flat and its location are excellent, but the price is pretty high. I've stayed here several times, including each year around my wife's birthday for about five years. This visit, though, there was a fly infestation in the kitchen that continued until the day before we checked out. We were given a partial refund, but it was far from ideal. There was no hot water when we arrived, though that was fixed the following day. The electric shower still had hot water. The decor also needs updating. Since our first stay, the TV and sofa and chair covers seem to be the only things that have changed. Some painting has been touched up with undercoat but left unfinished, and the caulking is the same.

We woke to a gorgeous sea view and saw the sunrise from the bedroom window. The welcome pack was lovely, and everything was clean, comfortable and just as described. There are steps both inside and outside, which we already knew about, so we take them slowly and carry only a little at a time. It's a really lovely apartment.
