Brooklands

Sidney seagull may come into the kitchen for a meal if you leave the patio doors open! The house itself is beautiful, spacious and well equipped, and Lyme Regis is a 40-minute walk through the woodlands.

We loved our stay so much that we booked an extra night. The management communicated really well, and we'd definitely recommend this beautiful home. It was perfect for spending time with my family from New Zealand after the borders reopened. There were five adults and two children, with room for more. The house is beautifully decorated, has every facility and detail taken care of, and is much bigger than we expected. It's tucked into a peaceful part of town with lots of nearby walks. The walk into town wasn't long, and there were plenty of buses, with a stop across the road. The large bedroom suited my brother's family and their two children, while my elderly parents enjoyed the room with an ensuite. We weren't sure from the listing whether bedroom one could be a twin or queen, but it had both, along with a sofa and ensuite, and was very large, with the twin beds around the side. Just spent four nights at Brooklands with friends. It's spacious and clean, and in an ideal spot for exploring Lyme Regis.

We had a lovely stay and would come back. The host was easy to talk to and took care of all the little things we needed. The property is beautiful and has everything you need.
