Getting back from town and the seafront means walking up quite a steep hill, which keeps you fit! Room 1 and its bathroom were both quite small, and I would have liked bigger towels, a bottle of water and larger water glasses. The place was lovely and clean, run by a great young couple. Breakfast in the conservatory was fabulous, with cereals, fresh fruit and a freshly cooked Full English, plus great views of the coastline.

Breakfast was stunning each day, with a great choice. The host was excellent and very accommodating, and the room was excellent too, with some lovely little touches. Definitely recommend.

After all the walking around Lyme Regis, we had a really pleasant, relaxing stay. The host, Daniel, gave smashing service, and there was a good view of the sea from the breakfast room. Our double room was clean and smart, with all the facilities we needed and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was beautifully cooked, with cereals, yoghurt and fruit available if you didn't fancy a cooked meal. The coffee was excellent too. The location was great for getting into town.

Parking right in front of the B&B was really handy, and the property is very close to the town and beach. We had a very nice two-night stay. The hosts were welcoming, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice too. I'd definitely stay here again.

It's on top of a hill, steep in places, but this is a lovely B&B and I'd highly recommend it. The host was lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Everything was spotlessly clean, and breakfast was hard to fault: a Full English, plus fruit, yoghurt and cereal.
