Sarah and Mark made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, greeting us warmly along with their lovely dogs Jasper and George. After our long drive from the North East, the afternoon tea and homemade cakes were a real treat. They showed us around their gorgeous home, including our spacious Blue Room. It had a beautifully furnished bathroom with a roll top bath and large walk-in shower, plus plenty of room to relax. There were tea and coffee facilities and thoughtful touches such as Sarah’s homemade shortbread. We'd been a bit nervous about choosing a B&B for our 6 day stay in Milford on Sea instead of the 4&5 Star hotels we're used to, but the Bay Trees completely changed how we feel about hotels. My wife booked it, and we arrived late afternoon on Wednesday 20th June 2018. Sarah and Mark gave us useful suggestions for eating out and sightseeing, and told us about the history of the Bay Trees from its early days to the present. The house is tastefully decorated, and the garden is gorgeous. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. Every item was homemade or sourced from LOCAL suppliers in and around Milford on Sea, and it all tasted superb, from the starter to breakfast. We loved knowing each day would start with a meal that set us up for our outings. Sarah and Mark made our holiday a success, and we hope to visit again when we're next in the New Forest area. Wishing them, Jasper, and George continued success. Best wishes, Paul and Janet

Mark and Sarah knew the area well and were so helpful and friendly. After we got soaked in the New Forest, they dried our clothes for us. The sherry in our room made the stay even more memorable. A lovely place for a night.

Sarah and Mark made our stay feel really special with all the thoughtful extras, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfasts were heavenly, with locally sourced produce, ginger yoghurt, and Sarah's homemade granola. The eggs came from Sarah's Happy Hens, and I even went down to the bottom of the garden to thank the hens. We also found homemade soap in the bathroom and lavender shortbread in our room. The Bay Trees deserves every award going. We can't recommend it highly enough, and we'll be back. Thank you so much! Pat and David

Our hosts were so friendly, and breakfast was great. The room was lovely, with beautiful linen. We only stayed one night and wished we'd booked longer.

The area was nice and the property well maintained, but the owners were pernickety. They made it clear that it was their home, and I felt very uncomfortable, so I left early.
