We had the sea view apartment, and it was perfect: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge modern kitchen and a gorgeous lounge. It was clean, up to date and had everything we needed, including thoughtful extras like dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The beach views and location are fantastic, with everything within walking distance. Parking was a bonus. Highly recommend.

I had to cancel at short notice when my partner became ill, just before we were due to visit elderly relatives in Lytham. Since we regularly visit family in Blackpool, I contacted the hotel directly to ask if they could be flexible or let us use the booking value toward a future stay. I hoped it could become our regular hotel. They replied that the booking was lost under their policy, without offering any goodwill. I understand terms and conditions as a business owner, and wasn't expecting a refund, but I also believe in helping customers when possible. It's a shame, because the location seemed perfect. The way they handled it left me with a poor impression of their customer service, and I'll stay somewhere else on future trips.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and I really can't fault it. Great location too. We'll book again. 😊😊

We'd booked two deluxe rooms through late rooms, then realised on the morning we arrived that they'd put us in Lytham rather than the St Annes hotel. I emailed Mode hotel, and they called to offer an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment attached to the hotel, with a balcony. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The lift in the apartments was a little temperamental, but the location was excellent, across from the beach and close to most amenities, with a short walk to the main square. We'll definitely return.
