Buckley Arms

I’m still here and already wanted to write this. The Buckley arms is such a charming place, from the Minton tiles to the lovely bedrooms dressed in a classic style. It’s clean, and the hospitality really makes it: everyone was so welcoming and kind. We ate here too and enjoyed the food. Very dog friendly as well!

The beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom was remarkably spacious. We spent one night passing through the area, with a room looking out over the back of the property and lovely views. The Chinese food at dinner was outstanding, and breakfast the next morning was high quality too.

The house was magnificent, with amazing bedrooms and views. Our hosts were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. It’s dog friendly too. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed six nights and were impressed by how clean everything was. The rooms had lots of space, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It’s a quiet spot, and the on-site Chinese restaurant was a real bonus with great food. The family who run the hotel are lovely and always willing to help. It’s a unique boutique stay, and we’d happily come back. The Milky Way photo was taken in the hotel backyard, while the airplane pictures were taken from the hilltop behind the hotel.
