The room was clean and had everything we needed, with a beautiful view of the hills and river. Simon and Sue were incredibly attentive and made us feel so welcome. We love dogs, so we told them we didn’t mind Inky, their small dog, roaming around. There’s a lounge and a lovely outdoor area for enjoying the garden and view. We stayed one night on our way to visit a friend in Anglesey. It would also make a lovely base for exploring the area and coastline. Breakfast was delicious; we had the cooked option, and there were plenty of other choices. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you!

Sue and Simon looked after me so well and were perfect hosts. I had a small single room for a couple of nights on a bike trip, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is lovely beside the river, and the patio is superb. It works well as a touring base, and you can also sit in the garden and relax as fighter jets fly the Mach Loop. Fantastic breakfast, with loads of choice and a great cooked option. I’ll definitely return.

The building has stunning features, and Simon and sue were incredibly friendly hosts. Breakfast was incredible, with a huge selection, including Welsh delicacies to try, and the view while eating was mesmerising. Our room was lovely and clean, and had tea, coffee, biscuits, shower gel and shampoo. The beds are so comfortable. If I could give six stars, I would!

A lovely B&B experience, with well-equipped rooms and great hosts. The riverside setting is beautiful and picturesque, breakfast is extremely good as others have said, and there’s plenty of parking.

The river views from this breathtaking location were lovely. We stayed two nights, had a very warm welcome from the hosts, and found it biker friendly. Definitely recommend.
