We slept really well, and it was excellent value for money. Getting to London was easy, and the price was a fraction of what most London hotels charge. The service was excellent throughout, and Chris in particular made breakfast feel sensational.

We had a wonderful two day stay, and of the Bath, Bristol and Cardiff hotels we’ve visited, this was by far the cleanest and best run. Claudia gave fantastic service and is a real asset to the team.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful, more so than at other Premier Inn hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good for the price. Parking is the drawback: there’s none on site, though a long-stay car park about five minutes away is manageable.

Breakfast had a good choice, and we were happy with everything during our family stay. There were four of us, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming, with a particularly helpful touch for us as Poles: some of them were Polish, which made things easier.

The location still works well, near Maidenhead centre and an easy walk from the train station. I’ve stayed here many times over the years, though the service and the hotel’s general quality have slipped. It’s a cheap and cheerful option, so don’t expect luxury. The food is average at best.
