The room was okay for the price and did the job, so I’d stay again. The toilets were a bit dated and not the cleanest. Service was minimal. I checked in at 7pm and left at 8am, and you shouldn’t expect much from reception beyond politeness, if anyone’s there. I’m sure the place could do much better.

My first hotel stay with my dog went brilliantly. The staff were friendly, the amenities were great, and the dog biscuits and tennis balls were a lovely touch. I’d absolutely recommend it and will be back. Thank you!

It’s scandalous to have guests arrive to a room in this condition. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned, apart from the bedding and towels being changed. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, with traces still on the floor and around the toilet rim. There was hair on the shower walls and floor. In the bedroom, the carpet was filthy, stained and full of food crumbs, and there was dust everywhere. The window wouldn’t close either. I was only passing through late at night and leaving early in the morning, fortunately, but renting out rooms in such unsanitary shape is disgraceful. Avoid at all costs!

The receptionist was very accommodating, and the location was good. The room, though, was damp, mouldy, rusty and dirty. Police came by last night for reasons I don’t know. There were some very undesirable characters around reception at the time, and a strong smell of cannabis had drifted into our room. We checked out early and moved to another hotel. The place felt unsafe, and I didn’t want my family staying there. I got the impression it was a halfway house.
