The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hostess made the stay feel like home. She’s amazing and cooks beautifully. It’s a classy place at the best price around. I’m picky, but I’d absolutely recommend it. Thanks for such a lovely stay, I’m already looking forward to coming back next year!

We'd booked ahead, so we ended up staying even though we apparently weren't welcome anymore because she had given up the guesthouse. The room itself was clean, but basic amenities were poor. There was no toilet paper until we asked, and then we got a roll that was nearly empty. The room door wouldn't shut, so we left our bags there, and the bathroom door wouldn't close either. There were no cups for the coffee machine. One cup just had water in it, presumably left by the previous guest, and the toothbrush cup also looked used. Trash had apparently been sitting outside the front door for some time. She warned us about the dog; thankfully, we only heard and smelled it. We hadn't expected much from breakfast and declined it, and in any case nothing had been prepared.
