We’ve photographed lots of beautiful weddings at Vaulty Manor over the years. Its countryside setting and restored 17th-century barn make it one of Essex’s most striking wedding venues, full of character. The grounds give you lovely scenery for photos in every season, from summer evenings to winter celebrations. It has a nice mix of rustic style and modern comfort, with a great atmosphere for couples and their guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a barn wedding venue in Essex. I brought my portrait lounge service to a wedding last Thursday and everything went smoothly. The staff greeted me, showed me where to set up, and everyone knew what was happening and when. Vaulty Manor helped us put together a small, personal wedding that felt just right for us. Everyone was kind, helpful and attentive from the start, and the day turned out just as we'd imagined. The location was stunning, Sammi Sings provided fantastic live singing, and DJ Sean followed with great party tunes. Thanks so much from Debbie & Steve, the new Mr & Mrs Fair.

Our group of 28 had its Christmas get-together here on 12/12/25, and I can honestly say it's one of the best venues I've been to in decades. The approach to the venue felt really atmospheric, and inside there was space for all the groups. It was great value, too. I had the Ox cheek, cooked to perfection, and the generous food went down so well that nobody in our group had a complaint. The staff were diligent, smiley and welcoming, so the service was fab. Thanks to everyone at Vaulty Manor for making the night special. I'd happily recommend it and look forward to returning. Merry Christmas, and all the best for 2026.

The fireworks from Firework crazy were a real wow, and our guests said it was one of the best displays they'd seen. The breakfast and team the morning after were amazing as well. We'd looked at a couple of other wedding venues before visiting Vaulty Manor on an open day, and the drive up to the house and walk around the venue and grounds completely won us over. On our wedding day, the team did everything they could to make it special. Everyone was polite and helpful, and the groundskeeper followed what we wanted. The catering and all the food, from the canapés through the rest of the day, were outstanding and delicious. The waiting and bar staff were helpful and polite too. Our guests have had nothing but positive things to say. It was our dream day, and we wouldn't change a thing. Thank you, Vaulty Manor team ❤️
