Nick and Helen were fabulous hosts and made us feel completely welcome. Breakfast was great too. We stayed three nights at Hampton House Farm B&B, one of the nicest places we've been. The old farmhouse has lots of charm, with its original oak beams exposed. From there, Chester is a short drive away, and the views over the hills and into Wales are stunning, especially at sunset. We'll certainly return.

Nick and Helen were so welcoming that it felt like staying with friends. We had a lovely stay and would happily come back. The views were stunning, even on a rainy December morning, and it was excellent value for money. Our room was very spacious, with a super king-size bed and a good-sized en-suite. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding and towels were clean and fresh. We slept really well. Nick and Helen cooked a fantastic breakfast, with cereals, dried fruit, fruit, yogurts, orange juice, tea and coffee to choose from. The coffee was lovely too. We stayed one night while visiting Chester Christmas Market and Shrewsbury. Thanks, Nick and Helen!

We stayed last night after a concert at bolesworth castle. Nick and Helen were great hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The room was lovely and cosy, with nice countryside views from the bedroom window. Breakfast was lovely and very filling. Thanks so much.

We stayed with nick and helens for one night back in November, and it was just perfect. The king-size bed was lovely to sink into, the breakfast was fantastic, and our hosts were so attentive and warm. We'll be back again. Roger and Di, Wiltshire

Once we found the place, we were very happy with it. The views were wonderful, everything was clean and homely, and the room was comfortable and great. The owners were polite and accommodating, and the full English breakfast was a real bonus. I'd definitely recommend staying there.
