Hillbrook House 8 - 1 Bed Apartment

The building is in a really nice spot, quiet and green, with plenty of parking. Great Malvern itself is beautiful, though be ready for lots of steep streets and hills. Apartment no 8 on the top floor was unusual, almost up in the trees, but I found lots of spiders and webs. I know it’s nature, but the cleaning could have been more thorough, and it might be a bit scary for women who are afraid of spiders like me. We arrived at 4 pm and apartment no 8 wasn’t ready. We spent 3 hours of our holiday trying to sort it out, then another hour the next day moving to apartment no 4. Nobody apologized. The way we were treated was outrageous. We had to wait while they found a solution and were put in the ground-floor apartment no 4. It was quite clean and comfortable, with clean bed sheets, though the floor carpet wasn’t clean enough, so I’d suggest wearing slippers or socks. The bathroom had very good water pressure, and the kitchen equipment worked perfectly. We also managed to use the washing machine during our long holiday. I hope this is helpful to future guests.
