Comfy 4-bed Home Ideal for Workers Free Parking

The room was extremely hot, and the only fan was broken and blew no cool air. When I asked the night receptionist for another, he said there weren't any available. That was really disappointing given the temperature. I booked a family room, but we arrived to find a double bed and a small cot. My baby doesn't sleep in a cot, so we struggled to sleep comfortably throughout the stay. Checkout was at 11:00 am. I asked for just one more hour, something many hotels offer as a courtesy, but was told it would cost another £20. The service was very poor. Management should seriously review its standards. I won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.

Chef Ellie made the best buttery scrambled eggs, Gordon Ramsey would be proud 👏. Bel and Louise welcomed us so warmly and explained everything clearly. We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, and this breakfast is right at the top of our list. We were really grateful for such a lovely, delicious start to the day.

We spent two nights here for a local event and would happily come back next time we're in the area. The pool, spa and gym were all to a high standard, and the whole place had a lovely, relaxed feel. Everyone was friendly, especially Rosie in the bar and restaurant, who was professional and accommodating.

A clean, no-frills room that works well for a business trip or a night or weekend away. The bathroom felt cramped, and the shower over the bath wasn’t practical for taller people. In summer, light comes in early because the curtains don’t cover the whole window, which could bother light sleepers.
