The room on the fifth floor was spotless, spacious and just right. The TV was great and had all the digital channels. Reception gave us a warm welcome and explained everything without any fuss. It’s a good location if you want to explore, and the weekend rate was good compared with other places. A real pleasure to stay.

The apartment was clean and roomy, and both the location and staff were brilliant. We were happy with our stay and would book again. The kitchen was the letdown. There were no oven trays, which meant we couldn’t cook half the food we’d bought. There also weren’t enough utensils, and no oven gloves.

Cove is tucked just around the corner from Piccadilly, so it’s close to everything. Check-in was easy, the staff were all friendly, and we’d booked private parking, which was great. We also got an excellent rate. We had a large two-bedroom apartment for our family of four, with two young kids and our dog. It had two bathrooms, really comfortable beds, powerful showers, and lovely toiletries. We loved staying here. It’ll be our go-to next time we’re in Manchester ❤️

The apartment was much bigger than we expected for the price, and everything was spotless, comfortable and modern. There was a lounge with a sofa and chair, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. We only stayed one night, but the friendly reception team made us feel welcome from arrival through to departure. It’s also a great location for getting around the city. I’d highly recommend it for a Manchester visit.

The hotel was clean and well looked after, but the way management handled our arrival was deeply disappointing. I had to pay an extra £580 for another flat because I have three children. We didn’t use that room because it wasn’t connected to ours, and I couldn’t leave my kids alone. I want to be clear that I don’t object to paying extra for my children when the booking conditions say so, and I had already done that. My complaint is about how staff spoke to us and treated us when we arrived. When I explained that the booking conditions were unclear and that it was a misunderstanding, they said it was my fault. I called the manager and politely asked to cancel so we could move to another hotel, but she refused and told me I had no other option. We spent two and a half hours waiting at reception with our three children. It was exhausting and frustrating, and nobody even offered us a glass of water. The receptionist Leyland and his manager were particularly disappointing. The hotel itself is good, but management showed little professionalism or basic care for customers.
