Fairways Inn

The place was spotless, and the staff were the friendliest I’ve ever met. Went in with friends for a meal and we’ll be back soon. Looking forward to trying the new menu!

Val was a brilliant host, and the bar and kitchen staff were just as lovely. The mushrooms are incredible, and the pork belly is unreal 🤤. Definitely recommend, and we’ll be back xx

There was loads to choose from on the menu, and the prices were very reasonable. Our family get-together was a larger group, and this place worked really well for us. Portions were generous, the food was lovely, and the pie was excellent. Drinks were good too, and service was exactly what you’d hope for in a good local pub.

We stayed one night at the Fairway Inn while in town for a concert at the Co-op Live. The rooms were roomy and had everything we needed, including an iron and board, hair dryer, hot drink facilities, and a shower that heated up quickly. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows felt too soft to support your head. We’d still stay again. It could be a useful base for events around the Etihad too. We ate at the restaurant when we arrived. The food tasted great and was presented satisfactorily. My pizza came 5/8 minutes after the rest of my family’s because the new chef had burnt the first one, but they apologised a lot and it really wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast isn’t included now. It would be a nice extra if guests in any of the six rooms could get discounted food or drinks.
