The staff were all lovely and helpful, and our room was tidy and very clean. We were impressed by the dressing gowns and electric blinds. It was definitely a “cosy room” as described, but worked well for a night or two. It got quite warm and was hard to sleep because we couldn’t open the windows or use the air conditioning. Since we stayed on a Friday, we could also hear street noise from the room. We were there for one night on the 20th of February 2026.

I felt very safe travelling on my own, and loved having breakfast brought to the room in a hamper. The mini bar was really well stocked, though I didn’t use it this time. The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable, and it was surprisingly quiet. It’s only a short walk to the theatre. I’ll be back and will try the mini bar next time.

We had a gorgeous stay in one of the suites. It was clean, tidy, and really cosy, and the city centre location made it easy to get to lots of food options. Everything I’d requested before booking was ready on the day, including the birthday setup and treats. Definitely coming back.

The rooms were clean and lovely, the location was really good, and the staff were friendly. I’d stay again. Just bear in mind that nearby bars play music late, and there were plenty of cars beeping well into the evening. That could bother some people, though it’s obviously not the hotel’s fault.

The reception team were especially welcoming and kind, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. Had a really lovely stay and would come again 😊
