I couldn't stay here. There was no staff anywhere to be seen, and the whole place felt unsafe. After entering the front-door code, it looked like a hostel for homeless people, with a smelly corridor and room after room with key boxes outside. My room key was still in the door when I arrived. I first thought the cleaner had left it there by mistake, but the room clearly hadn't been cleaned: there was leftover food from previous customers in the fridge and in the bed. The bathroom was clean, but the kitchen equipment was dirty. I was worried about bedbugs or all kinds of invisible bacteria, and took photos. I expect they'll have some flippant reply, but I'm not interested. I won't stay there again.

Bright, clean room in a perfect location. I lost an earring there, called today, and they had kept it safe for me to collect. Very helpful, I'd recommend it.

The management were friendly and the price was reasonable. I stayed for three days and found the rooms quite good, clean and hygienic. The Manchester location is really convenient, with easy access to shops and transport. It was a very good stay.

It's well placed for getting into the city centre. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were amazing, kind and thoughtful.

I checked in around 10:30 pm and things were quiet at first, but from midnight until 3 am there was loud music, doors slamming and heavy footsteps. The bathroom wasn't clean either. If you don't mind being kept awake all night, you're welcome to stay. I wish I could upload a video so people could hear just how loud it was. I don't recommend it.
