The restaurant and hotel have a smart, modern feel, and the food was good value. Our double room was nice, the bathroom looked smart, and the shower was wonderfully powerful. They've changed the towels and made up the room every day so far.

What really made the place for us was the people working there. Everyone was polite and helpful, especially Chelsea and Mia at reception. We had a really nice weekend, came for a football match, and found everything close by. The breakfast was very good and the room was really clean.

I was thrilled to have a bath in my room, which feels like a real rarity in newer hotels. The food for the large groups was excellent, and the location was great. Nicest Holiday Inn I've stayed at.

The city centre location was a real plus, and my partner and I had a great time. The rooms were high quality with comfortable beds, the service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. We'd definitely come back.

Yannis checked me in after a long journey and made me feel welcome and settled. He was polite, friendly and efficient, but also seemed genuinely interested in chatting, instead of just making the usual check-in small talk. The rooms are great and the facilities seem wonderful. I'll come back because of that interaction with Yannis.
