The helpful staff are the best part, always smiling. There’s lots of space in the rooms and kitchen, plus laundry, a common space with games, and a cute little park with a pond. It’s just right for students, with amazing people and a great place to stay. Really feels like a home away from home.

The 24/7 security was very reassuring, and whenever I put in a maintenance request, the team came the same day. It’s very nice accommodation, with good facilities including a study and social space.

The rooms are great, spacious, and have beautifully finished furnishings. The flats are small, but I met great people here and made some lifelong friends. Friendly reception too, and I had a great year!

The bus stop is only a few steps away, groceries are about a five-minute walk, and the food street is within ten minutes on foot. I stayed at IQ manchester gardens for a week in the last week of July 2023 while I was in Manchester for an exam, and it gave me the quiet, comfortable place I needed. I liked the location, exterior, facilities, and staff. The rooms felt small to me, though that may just be personal perception. There was dust in the hallways, and I wondered if residents were responsible for keeping them clean. It would also be nice if bicycles could be rented to summer residents or tenants.

The common room was one of my favourite spots, a great place to hang out with friends and get to know the neighbours. My room felt cosy once decorated, and there’s a well-equipped study area with comfortable seating and a TV with HDMI for presentations. Reception staff are kind and always ready to help. I’d recommend staying here :)
