The hotel had everything I needed, and the room was nice and spacious, so I was comfortable during my stay. The view was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights. Breakfast was good, though more vegetarian choices would have made it better. I had a lovely time and would consider staying again.

The team here were the real stars. They were pleasant and helpful, and went above and beyond. When we arrived for breakfast, Paul was dressed as Buddy the Elf and greeting everyone, which delighted us and the other guests. It was the most magical touch. Paul, if you’re reading this, we hope you had a lovely 60th 😊 I stayed last weekend and would definitely return. The location is ideal and within walking distance of the city centre. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was the usual continental and hot selection.

There were lots of places to eat nearby, and the hotel was perfectly placed for exploring the city on foot. It was a full house when I visited during the summer. I ate breakfast in the restaurant every morning and enjoyed the range of options, with something to suit my taste each day. The cupcakes were my favourite. One part of the rug in my room was a little damp when I arrived. The front desk staff apologised and dealt with it professionally.

The room was spotless, and we had a lovely view from the 10th floor. Breakfast had a really good range of choices, too. The hotel was well placed, an easy distance from the city centre. Wathsala was especially attentive during a busy breakfast and sorted my request straight away. We had a great two-night stay.
