Moxy Manchester City

The bathroom was among the smallest I've been in, but the shower was massive and everything worked as expected. My room was long and comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage, although it was a bit tight around the bed. The windows on 2 brought in great light but also meant neighbouring offices could see in. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The night was surprisingly quiet, with little noise from outside or inside, even though I was on the 2nd floor in the city. The ground floor is an open-plan restaurant, bar and lounge with games including a pool table, Jenga and table tennis. It's a funky, cool hotel with a great atmosphere and staff, and I'd definitely stay again. The location's great for exploring Manchester, and the staff were professional and friendly. The public areas were clean and fresh, and the hotel had a nice smell. Check-in was quick and easy, and even though we were early, they managed to give us a room. The lady was really pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and well presented, as I've found with Moxy so far, though it felt smaller than I expected. It was in a good location for what we were doing. Really enjoy the Moxy brand. Great, thank you. 👍🏻

The breakfast was lovely, the location worked perfectly for the gig, and the staff were excellent. Sam the Crew Leader was really personable and friendly, and all the bar staff and morning crew we encountered were polite and friendly too. As a Marriott employee, my expectations of this MOxy were absolutely exceeded. I'd absolutely stay here again.

The location made getting around Manchester easy, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and much bigger than I expected after the upgrade. It had a bedroom and a separate living area, with a TV in each, and the minimalist look still felt cozy. Good value, too. They’d stocked shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a dental kit, though I did miss having a fridge. OJ and Crispin made check-in feel welcoming, and I got a voucher for a welcome drink. OJ also surprised me with complimentary prosecco. Throughout the stay, OJ was attentive and helpful, both at the hotel and with directions outside. It really felt like home, and I’d gladly return to Moxy Hotel next time I’m in Manchester. Kudos to the team, especially OJ.
