OYO Hala Guest House

My family and I spent over five months at OYO HALA guest house. Staying in a hotel with children is hard, but the kind, wonderful staff made the whole time comfortable and easy. Samira felt like a sister to me, and I’ll miss her weekend smile. Zaraa was friendly too, and I want to give her another thank you and a big hug. My heartfelt thanks to Samira, Mohammad (Moe), Zaraa, Baidah, Farooq, and everyone else. They’re lovely people, and the housekeepers were always punctual. I’ll never forget my time at the hotel. Our room had two beds and a recently renovated bathroom. Breakfast is available at 7am each day, and there’s a laundry room and a shared dining room. I was a little concerned about being on the third floor without a lift, but it was manageable. We stayed for several weeks and the staff were lovely and welcoming. We got lucky with the other long-term guests, so it had a terrific community feel. Buddesh was always helpful, smiling, and up for a good conversation. Sam was resourceful and helpful, and a wonderful person to listen. Mo sorted things quickly when needed. All the staff were lovely, and we’re grateful for our time here. It was very child-friendly.

The rooms are clean, and we felt safe here. My partner, our two children, and I were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. They’re respectful and polite. Samira especially has been a real support. When I’ve felt down, she’s helped my family and me and been there to listen whenever I needed to talk. She’s a credit to the Hala hotel and very good at caring for people.

My room was spacious, and the wonderful housekeepers always made sure I had fresh bedding. They were polite, smiley, and checked if I needed anything. I stayed at Oyo hala Hotel for eight months, and it was a pleasant experience mainly thanks to three staff members who helped my children and me feel comfortable and secure. Samira, Zarah, and moe, a big thank you. You were always there when we needed something and made us happy. Without you three, our time at the hotel would have been very different. THANKYOU ❤️❤️❤️.
