Thanks to Manager Mani. The staff made things easy from check-in through check-out, handling everything smoothly and with real care. They were friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well equipped, and the hotel as a whole was clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The attention to detail helped make the stay comfortable and better than we expected. We'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone after comfort and good service.

For a budget stay, this is a really good spot. There's a bus stop, convenience store, and laundromat all within 50m. The reception team were very kind and helpful, and I could have an Amazon delivery sent to the front desk without any trouble.

Mani and Ali made my stay much better. They were so friendly and helpful, and their willingness to assist was well above average. They deserve special recognition. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and the hotel's location makes it easy to get around Manchester and reach the city centre. It's a convenient place to stay. Great service, highly recommended.

Manny, the manager, made the whole stay memorable with his friendly manner and dedication. He welcomed me as soon as I arrived and made everything easy. His hospitality really made me feel like a VIP guest. Parkview Residence in Manchester has comfortable rooms, a great atmosphere, and excellent service. The location is ideal if you're visiting both stadiums or going to a game. Manny's care is what made it stand out for me. Huge thanks to him!

We had a nice stay thanks to the very good location and the friendly staff, but the room had several issues. It smelled a little unpleasant and felt cold because the window wouldn't shut properly. The wardrobe was unstable, the bathroom was old and needed renovating, and the towel rail fell off the wall. There was no hairdryer or refrigerator in the room.
