Lee was our main contact and he was outstanding. All the staff were excellent, helpful and accommodating. The location worked well too, with most places of interest within walking distance, and discounted parking at a good price. Rooms were clean and tidy, though some updating is needed. Breakfast was worth paying for, and the bar prices were reasonable.

The location is great for getting around Manchester, and the parking is very reasonably priced. Our room was decent and about what you'd expect. But we had a frustrating time with the key cards. We were given room details and cards at check-in, then found the room was four floors up and about as far from reception as possible. None of the first cards worked. I went down and got two replacements, which also failed. My partner tried next and got new cards, but those didn't work either. Then I went down again for two more, and still no luck. Nobody offered to come up and check the door. I eventually asked to change rooms, and after staff checked with someone, they agreed. The new cards worked. The next day, one card failed again, though thankfully the other one still let us in. Not a great experience.

We had a quiet, pleasant stay. The room was clean and uncluttered, and the TV worked. The bar was cozy with a good range of drinks. The new barman was a little slow, but there were no problems. Breakfast, laid out by Nicky, had a good choice of cooked and continental food. I'd stay again.

The interior looks tired and the rooms could do with renovation. That aside, it's in a great spot, just a short walk from the city centre, and the staff are all very nice. Guests could use the good-sized car park for £6 per 24 hours. Breakfast was good value, as at other Premier Inns.

Good service, a clean and quiet room, a comfortable bed and everything well equipped. The room was a decent size too. Breakfast is unlimited, with continental or full English options and unlimited drinks. There are extra tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar and milk at reception. The hotel is family friendly and close to the train station.
