10/10
The bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Our room had what we needed for a short visit, including a hob and microwave for eating in. The location worked well too, with bars, restaurants, and music venues within an easy walk, around ten minutes from Market St or Deansgate. Rajaa checked us in and went through everything we needed to know. She helped us with the lift, and the other staff we met were helpful as well. We were really impressed and would use this hotel again, in Manchester or elsewhere.

8/10
The room was spacious and affordable, and the location is very convenient. My only gripes were that the lobby coffee machine gave me only half a hot chocolate, and the lifts were shut for maintenance. In the recent heatwave, having to walk up was quite a trek.

I came across this aparthotel by chance while working in Manchester and have kept coming back since 12th April 2026. Mikolaj has been friendly and very helpful every time. The rooms I've had so far were spacious and well equipped. One thing really surprised me: the customer lift apparently hasn't worked since July 2025. That's why I rated service 4/5. Please fix it and I'll carry on booking here! 🙃

The staff were lovely, as usual, but I wouldn't choose this Roomzzz again. I'm a regular at Roomzzz aparthotels and booked without hesitation, yet this one felt much more dated than the others I've stayed in. The shower room seemed new, and the bed and bathroom were clean, but after wiping down a few surfaces, the cloth came away dirty. The main lift has also been out of order for months, so everyone has to use the staff lift.

The location is good and the staff are nice, but the place feels like it's only pretending to be a hotel. I've stayed about six times over three years, and it seems more worn each visit: plugs that don't work, damaged floors, broken taps, and no hot water on my last stay. The elevator worked only on my first visit. Since then there's always been a note saying it's under repair.
