Molly welcomed us straight away, helped us check in, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were immaculate and really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and Julie was jolly, bright, and helpful with our family, nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful stay, and we'll definitely return. 🤩

Breakfast had plenty of choice and was really well run. The staff are what made the stay, though: everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, which made everything easy and enjoyable. We'd definitely come back.

Julie, Jon, Louise, Seb, Molly, and Yodi in the kitchens gave us great service and were a real delight to talk to. They helped us and went well beyond what we expected. They were working exceptionally hard, and at times it was clear they had too much to do without enough staff. The people here deserve real credit for doing the brand proud. We'll definitely be back.

Tui made a real difference to our recent stay at Premier Inn Uckfield. She was so friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to check that everything was okay. It's rare to meet someone who so clearly cares about the guests' experience. She's a real credit to the hotel. Thanks again, Tui!

The restaurant service was great, and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Our room was quiet and clean, and the bed was fantastic, I've never had a hotel mattress that comfortable. Glad we stayed.
