Right in central Marlow by the river, this small hotel feels more like a boutique place than a typical Premier Inn. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The room was clean, with the usual Premier Inn furnishings and a comfy bed, and I slept well. The TV was rather small when I was trying to watch football. Breakfast was good. The hotel is next to a whitehead inn pub, and hot food is made to order, so it comes fresh.

The location is great, in a beautiful town with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The building is an old one, and the Premier Inn seems squeezed into it, perhaps because of planning rules. There’s no lift, and parking outside is very limited. My room was okay, though it had a strange smell. The windows opened and the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, but hot food is ordered rather than set out as a buffet. That has its advantages, though it takes longer, so allow another 10 minutes if you're in a hurry.

The food was great, and the staff were really helpful. When the chef was late one morning, the restaurant manager promptly refunded our breakfast. Our room was fairly spacious, with standard Premier Inn furnishings and the welcome bonus of an air-conditioning unit.

Our room was very large, and the air conditioning was much appreciated during the recent weekend heatwave. We went down for breakfast at 7am, but the chef hadn't arrived yet. The restaurant manager apologized and refunded the meal, which was a lovely bit of customer service. All the staff were friendly and acknowledged us. I'd recommend staying here if you're in the area.

The room was spacious and well equipped, and we had a comfortable one-night stay. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, letting us check in early and bringing an ironing board and extra towels. Just be aware that there's no elevator, and the stairs are quite narrow.
