Host Stay Finch House

The secure, spacious garden was a big plus for us since we could bring our dogs and let them run around safely. We stayed at Finch House for a family birthday weekend, and the house was spotless, beautifully finished and genuinely exceeded our expectations. The hot tub made the occasion feel even more special. We’d absolutely recommend it and would love to return.

We braved the hot tub in every kind of weather, and all the amenities we needed were there for a magical few days. Finch House made a wonderful setting for our special birthday celebrations. It’s stylish throughout, with beautiful furnishings that could match any 5*plus hotel.

The photos don’t quite capture how beautiful this house is. Stephen and Dolly made us feel so welcome and were perfect hosts, with every detail thought through. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, and the hot tub was boiling. There were washing facilities, dressing gowns, towels and flip flops too. The location was easy to find, and the price felt very reasonable. Nothing was too much trouble. We’re definitely coming back, we’re in awe of the place.

We were six people on a short break, and Finch house was furnished and equipped to a really high standard. The huge beds had comfy mattresses, quality linen and pillows, and the en suites had everything needed. There’s plenty of room to relax, with a large lounge and sumptuous sofas, plus a well designed kitchen diner with all the things you’d need. Outside, the sunken seating area and bbq’s were great, and the hot tub came with lovely views across the countryside. The hosts were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There’s ample parking, it’s easy to find by Sat nav, and the house makes a good base for exploring the surrounding countryside. A true 5 star plus experience.
