For the price, this is hard to beat in the UK. The room felt spacious and had loads of natural light from the big opening windows, plus bedside charging and plenty of other lighting. There was a huge Samsung TV with smart features, complimentary water, and really nice shower gel and lotion. Amazing.

The food was good quality and fairly priced, and the small gym had enough equipment for most workouts. Rooms are decent for the money. The location makes getting around the area convenient, though it isn't especially central to anything.

I went to a Church Christmas party and didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms. We had a lovely time meeting members from other branches: we prayed, laughed, danced, ate, and had lots of fun. Bless the person who organised it, you've done a good thing, and I pray it continues for many years. The staff I spoke with were friendly, professional, helpful, and very funny. Thank you all.

I stayed a couple of nights for an Open University event. The room was spacious and the experience was pleasant, so I'll come back when I have campus meetings or events. Staff were polite and helpful, and the restaurant had a few decent meat-free options. A few things could be better: the bed was firmer than I'd have liked, and the shower's half door let water onto the floor however carefully I used it. The wifi also had no password protection.
