easyHotel Milton Keynes

Ali at reception made a lasting impression on our stay at Easy Hotel. He was polite, genuinely kind, and ready to help with any questions or requests. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel comfortable and welcome, and his professionalism really stood out. Thanks, Ali, for making the visit so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back. My friend had booked the room, and the hotel is in a very good location. We had a lovely experience, in large part thanks to Ali's help.

Ali gave us a smooth, stress-free check-in and made me feel welcome right away. His friendly, professional service stood out and made the stay even better. The location made it easy to get around and explore. The hotel was well maintained, and my room was spotless, nicely designed, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially liked the cosy bed and slept better than I have in a long time. The cleanliness and little touches made it feel special. A fantastic stay, and I'd happily recommend it to friends and family. I'll be back.

The price was very economical, the location excellent, and the room clean. My main positive was Mr ALI at reception, who was extremely polite, helpful, and cooperative. The room itself was poor: a very thin, hard, uncomfortable mattress, no chair or table, and not even a shelf for a bag or a rail for clothes. It was basically just a bed and toilet, with no kettle or coffee maker.

I've stayed at easyHotel Milton Keynes four or five times now, mostly because Gareth and Ali, along with the rest of the staff, make people feel welcome and do a lot to make the stay pleasant. It's unusual for me to praise a chain hotel, but this one deserves it. It's a budget place, so you get what you pay for, yet there's a lot more to it: friendly people make even Milton Keynes a lovely place to be.
