Milton Keynes Serviced Apartments

The facilities seemed adequate, and the room was mostly in order, but our stay was affected by a few problems. The sofa bed sheets were visibly dirty, which raised hygiene concerns, and the bathroom water swung between very cold and very hot, making it uncomfortable to use. We also experienced an incident that we perceived as racist. I contacted management straight away. They seemed cooperative at first, but there was no meaningful follow-up. We still haven't been told whether the person involved was contacted, what action was taken, or what steps might prevent this happening again. At first, we didn't think the accommodation was responsible for the incident itself. What concerned us deeply was the silence afterward and the lack of support. It left the impression that something like this wasn't being treated with the seriousness it needed. Guests should feel safe and supported, but the way this was handled and the poor communication badly undermined our trust. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
