The bus connections nearby are handy, and otherwise the hotel was fairly decent. The room itself was a letdown, though. There was no airflow and the window wouldn’t open, so dampness and smells lingered, including food smells. Condensation covered the whole window at one point, and black mould was building up, which looked like an ongoing problem. I reported it to reception. The shower was another issue. Water pressure was very poor even on the second floor, and the temperature kept swinging from slowly getting cold to boiling hot no matter where I set the control.

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very good, especially Kwabena, who checked us in and explained the car park. We had a comfortable, quiet stay in a top-floor Premier Plus room, with no noise at all. It was also easy to get to the shopping centre. Parking caused no problems, though we arrived early to make sure we got a space.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and were understanding and patient with our family member who has Tourette syndrome. We stayed three nights at the Premier Inn Milton Keynes theatre district. The room and beds were clean, and it was quiet at all hours. Breakfast was hot with plenty of choice. It’s situated in a good...

The food was lovely, eggs, sausages, bacon and mushrooms all cooked beautifully, and our server was a really friendly young girl. We felt at ease from check-in, too. William welcomed us warmly, checked us in quickly and made us laugh when we were nervous because it was our first hotel stay. The location is perfect, right by the city centre with lots of places to go. Five stars from us, and we’re looking forward to planning another stay.

A big thank you to the staff team, especially Kwabena. It was easy to settle in because the place was clean and well maintained. The location worked well for nearby amenities and transport, and communication was smooth and helpful throughout. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. It was a pleasant experience, and I’d recommend it to others looking for somewhere comfortable and welcoming.
