The kitchen team deserves thanks too. They were kind, worked hard, and kept things clean, which helped make the meals enjoyable. Reception was welcoming and efficient, and the team were always ready to answer questions or help with requests. My room was kept spotless and comfortable each day. Breakfast had a nice range of fresh, tasty food, and staff around the hotel were friendly, professional, and helpful. I had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Hotel and would recommend it for a comfortable visit with good service and a friendly feel. Thanks to the whole team.

It was easy to get a restful night's sleep here, thanks to the peaceful atmosphere. Ramada by Wyndham Milton Keynes is handy for travellers and easy to reach from the motorway. The facilities were good, and for the price the service was better than I expected. I had a very pleasant stay and would happily come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Milton Keynes for work or a break.

The shower looked so unhygienic that I skipped it, especially after seeing a silverfish inside. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and there were visible bogies on the wall beside the mirror. Bedding was uncomfortable too: two firm, uneven single mattresses under one double sheet left a hard ridge between them, and the springs could be felt and heard. The pillows were small and lumpy, while the spare ones had stains. There was blood on the mirror and hairs in the bed. The heater warmed the room well but banged loudly as it ran. On arrival, reception staff were polite and helpful. Reaching the hotel from the services area was awkward because a barrier needs a code to get through. It was cheap for one night, but the hygiene and bedding made for a very disappointing stay. A standard Premier Inn can offer much better cleanliness and comfort.
