The rooms were cosy, comfortable, and immaculate, and breakfast was delicious in that old-school way. Chris and Sue made us feel genuinely looked after. They're charming hosts, and clearly care about making the place warm and welcoming. They also spent many years living in New Zealand. This was our first night on the South Coast Path, and Rosebank House couldn't have been better. We'd recommend the B&B and would happily stay again.

Chris and Sue are lovely, welcoming people, and nothing was too much trouble. They renovated this beautiful property over the last two years. Our room had beautiful views, and breakfast was great. The location is quiet and pleasant, with nice country walks. There are several good places to eat nearby, including the Ship, lapswood and Whortleberry, all with friendly atmospheres and great food. We'd definitely return to Rose Bank and highly recommend it 😀

We were back for our third visit, from 7th to 9th September, and Chris and Sue were doing a grand job as usual. The communal areas were spotless and tidy, the room was lovely, and the cooked breakfast was perfect. It's in a great location, and Chris suggested a lovely off-road walk to Porlock Weir. Splendid all round!

This was our second visit to Rose Bank, and the hosts were delightful, doing everything they could to make our stay happy. My wife and I both have mobility problems, and they took care of moving our suitcases and other things for us. The breakfasts were excellent and set us up for the day. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We highly recommend Rose Bank.
