The TV was excellent, and the WiFi worked well once I figured out that the 16-digit password had no spaces. The TV apps included Amazon and Netflix, but I didn't know my passwords for them. The bathroom was adequate, with a good shower, though the bath is unusually small and the knob for lifting the plug is loose and needs a plumber. In the living room, the table lamp needs attention, and the garden could use some care, including mowing the grass and tending the plants. The Annexe is a bungalow behind the main house, which is called Halcyon, but it was hidden and difficult to find. I parked by the garage and had to carry all my bags around to the door facing the garden. The kitchen is small, with a folding dining table and wooden folding chairs. There's a large microwave in the middle of the worktop and a four-slice toaster, but nothing suitable for cooking vegetables in the microwave, so the kitchen is more suited to takeaways. The passage to the bedroom is narrow, and the bedroom has a large double wardrobe. After a poor night's sleep, I realised on the second day that the mattress hadn't been turned regularly, perhaps for six months. Turning it solved my problem, but the cheap mattress really needs replacing. I was disappointed and won't be returning.
