I’ve been twice now, and both times I had the Sunday roast. The food is EXCELLENT, and the lamb dinner is the best I’ve ever had. It’s cosy, friendly and reasonably priced. Looking forward to coming back soon.

It feels like everyone’s favourite local, with a warm, friendly atmosphere and comfortable rooms. The service is great, and it’s completely community owned and run.

There’s a spacious room with self-catering facilities at a reasonable price. The community-owned pub downstairs is extremely friendly, and noise hasn’t been a problem since it’s rarely open after 10 pm. Mold, Loggerheads Country Park and Ruthin are all easy to get to.

We had dinner at this lively local pub. All three meals were delicious, and the steak was especially good.

Joy, the owner, was so helpful. We got lost and she actually drove out to meet us. The room was clean, the beds were really comfy, and we appreciated the continental breakfast. We met some locals downstairs before bed too. I had the best night’s sleep here. Thank you for everything, Joy.
