We had Sunday carvery and loved the food and friendly, helpful service. When our son spilled slush on himself, one of the staff helped clean him up, offered to dry his clothes and replaced the drink for free. Such a lovely gesture. Everything was great from start to finish, and we’d definitely recommend it.

The carvery had lots to choose from, and everything was hot and delicious. We had a lovely Sunday visit when it first opened under new management. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and I’ll definitely be back.

We had a carvery here a couple of weeks ago, and the food was hot, tasty and clearly freshly cooked. The staff were welcoming and especially accommodating with the little ones. Would definitely recommend a visit! 🙂

We stopped in for a meal while we were nearby. It’s easy to find, just off the A59, and has a welcoming feel. The staff were very polite, and the food arrived within the expected time. It looked fantastic, and the rest of the meal was good, but the sirloin steak had a disappointing amount of gristle. I’d come back if I were in the area, but I wouldn’t order the steak. They need a new butcher for the sirloin.

The rooms are roomy, and there’s a lovely shared garden outside. The food was amazing, especially the Steak & Ale pie, which was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend 👌
