Beech Lodge Bed and Breakfast

I got a large, well equipped room at Beech Lodge for a really good price. Adrian was friendly, thoughtful and full of useful information. The place was clean and comfortable, and everything felt convenient. The Walker Arms is only five minutes away, with good beer and sport. Choose this B&B!

We made it to Old Harry Rocks in Bournemouth on Sunday, and it was absolutely stunning. Before that, Saturday’s awful weather sent us to a leisurely lunch at the Lime Wood Hotel, which I’d highly recommend. We stayed local for pub grub on Friday. Back at the B&B, the hosts were brilliant, friendly and full of local knowledge. Breakfast had a great spread and was very good value. Our front room above the breakfast area was spacious, with a lovely en suite and everything we needed. Having Now TV meant I could sign in to my own account, which was really handy. It was our second stay and we’ll definitely return.

Breakfast had something for everyone, from fruit, yoghurt, cereal and croissants to a full cooked English breakfast. It was all fresh and made to order. Kate and Adrian were welcoming and easy to find whenever we had a question, and they were accommodating with our needs and requests. Our six year old especially loved playing with their daughter, who’s the same age. Kate showed us around the B&B when we arrived and pointed out places to visit. The room was immaculate, and we couldn’t have been happier. We had a wonderful few days and would happily recommend them to friends looking in the New Milton area.

Our hosts were really helpful, and we found it an easy walk to both the village and train station. It’s a quiet, convenient B&B, with a clean room that had all we needed and great service. We’d highly recommend it.
